For this week’s #tilsontuesdays employee highlight, meet Ben!
Ben is an Engineering Manager based out of Tilson’s Portland, ME headquarters and is responsible for managing the workload forecast for Tilson’s wireless engineering team by reporting on capacity, utilization, earned value, and project execution.
“I enjoy the challenging work and level of autonomy you are afforded at Tilson,” said Ben. “I really enjoy the people I get to work with on a daily basis; they are smart, hardworking, and constantly making myself and the team better.”
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with family, going on walks, fishing, kayaking, disc golfing, and exploring the city of Portland. His favorite sports team is the Boston Celtics, his favorite food is risotto, and his favorite book is “Into Thin Air” by Jon Krakauer. Ben also has a pug named Puff.
